Outside of the weeks surrounding January 1st, it occurred to me that only about 10% of my conversations with peers are about the specific things we’re doing to advance our goals forward. To the extent that growth is a shared a value, I think this should be inverted with more conversations than not touching — at least briefly — on how we are growing.
